Mark is responsible for leading the company's efforts in all areas of Technology, from Operations to Software Development and Systems Architecture.

Most recently, Mark served as Vice President, Research and Development at Network Solutions, focusing on systems architecture and fulfillment for their hosting, email and ecommerce products. As part of the senior management team at Network Solutions, Mark helped design and build the hosting and email technology and a customer base of millions of mailboxes and hosting subscribers. He was also involved in the day to day systems management with the US-based Operations team.

Prior to Network Solutions, Mark was Vice President, Operations at InQuent Technologies, a private label application hosting services firm. At InQuent, Mark managed the Network, Server, NOC and Research and Development teams. Mark helped build InQuent's three-tier architecture and their carrier grade hosting and email platform. In addition, he was instrumental in sales and acquisitions of large private label clients and their end customers.

Mark studied Journalism at Ryerson University in Toronto.
