Hi Michael,

Glad you're enjoying the blog.

All the features described above are also available with our Business Exchange service, although they may appear in different areas of your control panel.

You can log into the control panel at https://support.mail2web.com and navigate to the Business Exchange management area. To add multiple users under your domain, simply click "Add a User" and follow the steps.

To create an alias on your domain that points to an external email address, you could use the "Manage Global Contacts" feature which allows you to list the individual in your Global Address List, as well as choose an "email alias" like some-name@your-domain.com for it.

If you are forwarding your 3rd party email account to your Business Exchange, you can check out the "Alternate Email Address" or "New Feature" under the end user management area (click GO beside the account you want to set it up for).

And that's just the start. We also have other useful features such as the Email Aggregator, Distribution Lists and more.

Regards,
Tim

Hi Stephen,

It's a very helpful blog, but I have the Business Professional Exchange service, so how do I implement those same features in business exchange account?

THanks for a good blog site. I look forward to other relevant topics to help me grow my small business.
