Our Team
Our hosting team are experienced industry veterans that design, build and operate state of the art hosting centers for mission critical applications and services. This team is comprised of architects, application specialists, networking and security experts.
Processes
Our processes utilize a mixture 3rd party and proprietary supervisory and monitoring applications that continually monitor and test the operating state of the services hosted in our data center. Our operations staff are working around the clock to detect and correct issues immediately before noticeable by users.
Infrastructure
Our main data center is a world class hosting facility that is SAS 70 certified and provides: Power (3 separate UPS systems with generator backup)
Security (24x7 on site security personnel, real time video, card key access, alarm/key monitoring, and CTV surveillance)
NW Connectivity – 3 premier carrier connections
Our Exchange Infrastructure has been architected to provide redundancy at all key points. Additional components have been added to increase security (inbound and outbound), backup and recovery, and archiving in other geo-redundant locations.
