Nicholas Alleyne
Nicholas AlleyneNicholas Alleyne has been with SoftCom Inc. since August 2009, beginning as a Customer Support Representative and moving on to become a NOC Technician in the Operations Department. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the servers and network behind the scenes, in addition to putting new hardware into production and upgrading the current equipment. He is currently involved in projects such as Virtualization and Infrastructure upgrades.

He enjoys working at SoftCom because of the casual work environment and the ability to learn from his peers without the hassle of bureaucracy. His free time is spent improving his skills, particularly in Virtualization, and in various outdoor physical activities.
Tim Attwood
Tim AttwoodTim has been with SoftCom Inc. since April 2002, starting in the Customer Support team with various roles. He later moved to the Marketing Department as a Product Manager in April 2005. Tim is responsible for a number of Product Lines, and is also highly active in various Product Releases, SEO and Community activities, Content Management and Editing, and numerous other Marketing Activities.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Toronto, but claims that he has long since forgotten everything he learned in school. Tim says that he enjoys working at SoftCom because it gives him an opportunity to work on a variety of different projects and wear many different hats, gaining experience with a variety of different Markting, Product Management and Advertising activities.
Jeremy Adams
Jeremy AdamsJeremy Adams joined SoftCom in 2005 in the Customer Support department while completing his New Media BFA at Ryerson University. As an extension of the web based technologies he'd been studying, he found SoftCom's extensive history in the hosting business a natural fit and began building a much stronger technical understanding. After becoming Team Lead for Customer Support in 2008, 2009 brought Jeremy into a Product Manager role in the Marketing department, where he currently resides. He is currently responsible for management of various product aspects with a focus on VPS and VDS Hosting.

He notes that "SoftCom brings out the best in me by bringing out the best in those around me. I look up to everyone I work with, and that has the side effect of pushing my own boundaries and limits in ways I would never otherwise have known possible." His free time is generally spent toiling away on music related projects, songwriting, recording and performing as well as web design and other related endeavors.
